After plenty of analysis and comparison, we felt the most impressed with Robson Ranch. We recently purchased an existing home at Robson Ranch after exploring three different adult communities in the Dallas-Ft.

The outdoor Pool is so attended in summer that you know your neighborhood well. Woodworking, art, pottery, and tech are in a building separate for those alone. More events at the incredible facilities sell out and over 100 clubs meet daily. So much attention by new buyers is making this community grow as a few move out. That said you can move in quickly with resales that are very coveted. The models are good with help of a well heeled designers helping new builds. We did our initial research online as you could and within a week stopping for a tour signed up in2019. All sports are popular -Even regional tournaments. Also courts for pickle ball and tennis are in use a lot. While the restaurant is open to the public as is the golf course we get a lot of use from them. For instance new Bocce fields to be built for the over 1,200 players. Our homes are very well built and HOA keeps the rules and the developer works well with them. Ie South Lake, Highland, Frisco and Carrollton. A short drive to towns with more amenities show the amazing movement out of the larger cities north. We have the opportunity to shop at several locations in towns around and between the I-35 E&W corridor. A big ranch next to us owned by Perot is about to break ground for a thirty year project of 10,000 homes and retail.
The growth in Denton is getting larger but the city/ town is six miles away. While the shortages of lumber and workers have raised new and existing builds that has not effected us who live here for over a year and a half. Conservative neighborhood and not cookie cuter like other developers. After living here through COVID and before that moving from Hawaii we are pleased.
